30 Days to a Truer You is the first program I ever designed and launched. It was created as a result of an unmet need from my Reiki clients. There was a demand for more in depth work beyond a 60 minute session... 

Starting on the 1st of every month in 2023, we will uncover the rawest, purest, most authentic version of ourselves! And the best part is -- I'M DOING IT WITH YOU!

Consider me your accountability sidekick!

If you're anything like me, your New Year's resolutions didn't stick (and usually never do). Complacency and comfortability have us stuck in repeating patterns that seem unbreakable and never-ending. Maybe you find yourself self-sabotaging your own success by saying things like, “so many people are already doing it, so why bother” or one of my former go-to’s, “this is how I’ve always been and this is how I’ll always be”. OOF! Major hindrance to growth.

For only $11/day, you get the tools to help you break those patterns and an accountability coach to keep you on track. My work is done on an energetic level. There will be Reiki check in’s to see how the work is resonating with your mind, body, and spirit energetically and on a cellular level.

Prerequisites:

1. Complete the Questionnaire 
2. If you are not already an established Reiki client of mine, you will need to schedule your Energy Assessment. The appointment is only 15-20 minutes and can be done virtual. The course curriculum will be provided after your investment and commitment to the program and initial Energy Assessment. 

But here’s what you can expect:

• Reiki check in’s and weekly chakra balancing
• Inner child activation

• A wildly safe container for you to reveal your deepest secrets and greatest desires
